We keep hearing about efficiency and productivity. I was working from home yesterday and did not wear an once of clothes, and guess what? It has been the most productive day of the week. All that I planned to do over two days was done in one. I seriously attribute this to good planning and total nudity.
I know it may sound weird. How come being naked would increase productivity and efficiency? Because you have a physical total freedom that translate into a better brain functioning. We start to discover the links between the physical well-being and the functioning of the brain. Both works together. The more relax you are, the better your brain functions. Naked, my relaxation is at its peak. Therefore, I work better. Are you experiencing the same? I will love to read your comments.
