Naturist Thought #73 – Giggles

Sometimes, when textiles speak about naturism, they tend to giggle. As if it was a funny and ridiculous topic. If this happens while I’m here, I always ask what makes them giggle. Almost every time the answer is that they visualize naked people wandering around and this makes them laugh.

I then ask why naked people are laughable. Almost every time the answer is imagining all those imperfect naked bodies is just ridiculous. Let me tell you that I love those conversations. Not because textiles laugh at naturists but because it provides a wonderful opportunity to talk about the values of naturism, particularly the one about respect.

Naturists know more about respect than textiles! They generally respect themselves, others and their environment. And in that respect, pun intended, they do not giggle at others’ body or physical flaws. When you are naked among nudists, you feel good and not threatened at all by the judgment of others. Textiles giggling about naturists provide an opportunity to bring forward what naturism has to offer, and it’s priceless!

  1. The people who are laughing are not nude however the next time people laugh at nude people they should be forced to be nude themselves and we will see if they can laugh while they are nude and people watching them

  2. People laugh at nude people because it’s a way to cover for the fact that they don’t want to be seen nude themselves so they make fun of people who are comfortable with being nude in front of other people. There is nothing uncomfortable about being nude in front of other people. I enjoy being nude in front of other people it’s awesome I don’t mind if people want to stare at me when I am nude. If people enjoy seeing me nude it is awesome.
