Practice makes perfection. You may have heard about the 10,000-hour rule introduced by Malcom Gladwell in his famous book Outliers. So goes naturism I think. The more time you spend naked in naturist setting, the more nudity becomes natural and you’ll soon become an expert naturist.
If you grasp every opportunity to get naked, be it at the beach, on a hike or at home with friends, you’ll soon be very comfortable in your own skin. Sometimes, at the beginning of your naturist journey, you may feel awkward being naked, particularly in a mixed audience, with clothed and other naked people.
But the more you practice, the more nudity becomes normal and you can get naked more frequently. You’ll soon discover there are plenty opportunities when you can be naked, more than you can imagine. Keep practicing!

Absolutely correct Marc. I have been at home nude for a while now since there is no where else I can do it. And it feels so natural I have even answered the door nude and let people in nude even though they won’t partake of the wonderful experience.
I share your opinion to start undressing being naked and living naked in a right to live and be happy has helped me a lot in my depreciation to accept me in the most difficult situations in which I find myself finding peace in myself, and forgetting the bad things , the first times to be naked you struggle with that awareness of shame and acceptance of your neighbors, but it makes you a better person to live more quietly and accept you and a point that is your life comes you need nudity, it is my humble opinion and contribution to your blog..marc pleasure
