Naturist Thought #41 – Neighbors

Do your neighbors know you are naturist? You may ask why does this matter? Well, for a couple of very good reasons. First, if you happen to live in a house with a garden, better let your neighbors know you can be seen naked in your garden. Second, whether you live in an apartment or a house and if you are often naked in your home, they will know that if they ring at your door, you might be naked.

Overall, the number one good reason is to let them know about naturism and your lifestyle. They might not like it, and it’s a great way to educate them about naturism. If they don’t care, as it might happen often, then you have the peace of mind that you can be naked without shocking or annoying anybody in your neighborhood.

Entertaining good neighborhood seems to be a good practice to live in harmony. Sharing your lifestyle is a guarantee you can live it freely without taking the risk of somebody around discovering you are naked and imagine wrong doings. We all know naturism is normal, natural and fun. Letting others know around you is just sharing the naked love.

  1. This is so true. Prior to our current (side) neighbors moving in, I always felt I was taking risks working in the back yard while nude. I was constantly checking whether they were out and able to see me.

When our current neighbors moved in (on each side of our house), I informed them during our meet & greet that we are naturists. Neither new neighbor has a problem with it both couples have seen and conversed with me while I was nude. The freedom to stay nude without worry is absolutely wonderful. Neither will join us in naturism, but that is their choice.

One of them bought the house 🙂

  2. My neighbors know about my preferred state of (un)dress. Some have no problems with it, while others take offense. I do what I can to enjoy life in my natural state, while avoiding offence to the textile obsessed.
